[Overview of Position:]
-Responsible for setting operation process and training manufacturing team and co-work with other functions for new / modification process including investment project based on HSE standard. [Primary Responsibilities:] Lead operation procedure for new process and modify process including investment projects thru coaching, training and leading by example based on HSE standard and local regulation. - Review standard operation procedure regularly and train production team. - Make canister team operation schedule based on shipment plan. - Canister/tainer management such as development, modification, inspection and so on. - Technical support for the customers. - Lead and participate in cross functional teams to resolve safety, quality, maintenance and supply issue for stable operation. - Co-work with maintenance team and engineering company to modify or setup new process project including CAPEX project - Lead troubleshooting for operation issue and provide the solution/training to production team. - Manage process ERP/DCS system. - Coach [Required Skills and Abilities:] - Over 5 years’ experience in chemical industry - Major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. - Strong engineering and canister knowledge - Coaching and team work oriented mind. - Good English skill. |
