담당업무	[담당업무] - Repair, install, commission, troubleshooting, inspect, and modify Buhler equipment at customer sites - Assess customer needs in regard to maintenance, spare parts, modernization, improvement of process - Provide qualified technical support externally and internally - Active support for urgent service required by customer. - Preparation of technical report after customer visit - Responsibility of warranty and claims for customer. - Develop, organize, and provide customer and internal training programs - Discover service opportunities and chasing order (spare parts, machines, retrofit, service jobs and contract) - Travel within Korea (approx. 50-75%), occasional travel to overseas - Responsible for Health and Safety for work in person and team. - Positive and stable relationship with customer. [필수 자격요건] - College and/or University degree or above in electrical engineering or mechatronics - approx. 5 years of equipment maintenance or project installation experience - Advanced knowledge in Electrical technology &equipment - Proficient electrical skills and knowledges (special preference to any certificate of electrical or automation) - Knowledge in use of software skills, Outlook, Word, Excel - Business level in verbal and written English. - Must have valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background [우대사항] - Provide consultation or training on topics such as mechatronics or automated control. - Upgrade the design of existing devices by adding Automation elements. - Troubleshooting use E-drawings. - Troubleshooting of PLC (Siemens, AB and software PLC) - Troubleshooting of SCADA system and bus communication - Troubleshooting industrial control software(HMI and Buhler HMI) - Upgrade of electric cabinet on site (the customer factory).
