담당업무	Primary Responsibilities: - Supervision of filling and canister operation within the department. - Setup/review standard operation procedure regularly and train canister team. - Preparation of the operation schedule for the Filling and Canister departments based on shipment plan, Canister and product availability. - Canister/Tainer management such as development, modification, inspection. - Technical support for customers at their facilities in- and outside of Korea. - Support to resolve safety, quality, maintenance and supply issues for stable and reliable operation - Communication with global colleagues in LANXESS to share/benchmark best practices. - Lead troubleshooting for any canister team operation issue and provide the solution/training. - Coach and train the Filling / Canister team to achieve a “one team spirit”
